This is Mat Ryoshka, the happy man from Saturn. He has a city in his jacket! He is also really creepy. Don't stare into his eyes for too long, or you'll catch his illness. What illness does he have? No one knows for sure; nobody's ever lived long enough for anyone to diagnose it.
